I have a business in real estate which I trained for 8 years to build.

It’s growing, but honestly I’d much rather grow an AI business.

I could easily sit in my room all day tinkering, building and learning from the incredible talent in this community.

From the age of 8/9 I was reading hardware magazines, tearing down the family computer and tinkering with hardware and software.

But I remember being told by my school that I needed to pursue something of prestige, such as being a lawyer.

My knowledge of computers didn’t go but it wasn’t seen as a means to having a good career.

Fast forward to today, having vibe coded three websites, three apps and spending far too much time in Hermes and Codex, I feel like a kid again.

Like the world has an abundance of opportunities.

I’m seeing Hermes being mentioned more by businesses, and their approach is innovative in such a way that certifying it will add to the prestige of their offering.

I would happily pursue this.

I only know HTML.

But that doesn’t stop me from building.

IMO it’s about knowing which tools to use, understanding their limitations and having a willingness to learn.

It’s also about having the confidence to ask questions that you might think are dumb.

So in reference to the guy who said I’m dumb a few moments ago, thank you.

Remember, there’s something you’re probably dumb at, but with your attitude you won’t get very far in life.

It was my first project with Codex and I’ve learned a lot since then so it really needs a complete overhaul.
