#SWairlines #southwest WTF! A List customer for years here. I book a flight. Im assigned boarding group 4 - which is horrible to begin with. I use your "upgrade" feature to move to row 7 and you downgrade me to Group 5. A LIST SHOULD NEVER BE LATER THAN GROUP 3. #United
