@eskertrailfarms I am 2 local butchers and they are both mid 70’s. They call each other and raise their prices together so no one can price shop. Sausages and Pattie’s would be fantastic

@eskertrailfarms Ok your shop offers a lot more services than mine. My local butcher charges .$85 to kill and $1.25 to hang, cut and wrap. He would charge me $1.25 per pound for organ meat. He doesn’t offer any services for Pattie’s or sausages sadly. I am northern part of New Brunswick.

@KenSchaus The beauty of pounding them in is they are tight right away. We used a auger for some but it takes a long time for them to be tight
