He was ARRESTED for an X post

He’s been released on bail but given some of the most draconian conditions I’ve ever heard of.

NOT to access social media

NOT to attend protests

Live & sleep at the same address

The Police smashed his front door in and left it exposed for over 24 hours until he was released.

He came home to a property without a door anyone could have gone in and robbed his possessions.

The police seized hundreds of items from his property that he used to help vulnerable people up and down the country including rape alarms

The custody sergeant didn’t want to impose the conditions on him, however he was overruled by the superintendent who claimed they had intelligence that suggested Alan is part of a group that has violent intentions

The sergeant said to Alan “everyone has the right to protest, I’m not sure how I can impose that condition on you”

Alan is planning on fighting these evil conditions in court with an emergency hearing next week.
