@julabuche I find these to be subpart and only do them if I injure my psoas muscle, or do a twist variation for obliques.
Jackknife is king, followed by leg and knee raise for lower abs. Sometimes gymnast ab tuck.
None of this matters though if you don't hit ~8% bmi or less.

@Deandawiz My '22 M3 was running FSD in the twisties last night and was going too fast. Came within inches of hitting a guard rail until I took over.
