The civil judge & his wife who had tortured the 13-14 year old girl Rizwana have gone into hiding. THIS is OUR Pakistani elite for you
Here are a few of the many horrors:
In 2017, a teenage minor Akhtar Hussain had been severely beaten and tortured by his employers before he had been killed. His employer was a Member of the Parliament who was later acquitted by the courts following a ‘compromise deal’ having been reached between the murderers and the parents of Akhtar Hussain.
In 2018, 10-year old Tayyaba had been tortured by a sessions judge and his wife over a missing broom. Her hand was burnt, she was subjected to wrongful confinement and was beaten severely with a ladle.
In 2019, the 16-year old Uzma Bibi was found dead, dumped in a canal by a wealthy Lahore-based family that had employed her for a mere Rs. 4000 per month. She had been killed by her employers following blows to the head with a kitchen utensil.
In 2020, a 7-year old girl child, Zohra Bibi, was killed by her employers for freeing a bird from its cage.
Within a few weeks, an 8-year old girl called Sana was also reported to have been subjected to severe torture by her employers in Wapda Town Lahore for drinking milk from her employers’ glass
In 2022, the 11 year-old Kamran (who died from the injuries) and 7 year-old Rizwan were brutally tortured and beaten by their employers in the posh area of Defence, Lahore
Just notice that many of the perpetrators happen to be judges & Parliamentarians. Pakistani elite are exploitative vultures & their arrogance has no bounds. They're all certain that they're above the law...BECAUSE THEY ARE
I think it’s fairly safe to say that the issue majorly is w women making their own decisions. If they pick something for themselves, the society thinks it’s their prerogative to give unsolicited opinions.
My cousin, 25, unemployed, decides to get married to partner, 28, unemployed, and has a child within first year of marriage and everyone’s happy. Another cousin, 28, making a damn good salary, chooses to get married to boy of own choice, family unhappy.
Lesser known fact: All the people who don't want children (myself included) are usually those who:
1) love children dearly
2) take the responsibility of raising children very, very seriously
3) don't want to bring children until they can be 100% sure they'll do justice to them
Having anxiety & depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It’s fear of failure but no urge to be productive. It’s wanting friends but hates socializing. It’s feeling everything at once then feeling paralyzingly numb. Its like being alive but dying every moment.
