@Dollywood called last Tuesday waited on the phone for 1 hour 10 mins. The representative said I would receive an email after our conversation that my request to cancel my splash country season passes was.processed. I have yet to receive an email or credit.
@Sears , my microwave countertop was purchased almost a year ago. Still have almost a month on warranty. Customer Service is terrible. The microwave shuts off during cooking, screen goes blank and within about 5 mins powers back on. And you want me to drive 2 hours to repair
@Starbucks , pissed off at Service from local store. I have always participated in happy hour but tonight I was told I had to have the app (which i have not before) after waiting 22 mins in the drive thru
