Dear humans, I’m doing a little writing experiment over the next 3 weeks. If you DM your mailing address to me, you might receive a postcard with a story?!
"Straw for the Fire" is a collection from Theodore Roethke's notebooks. All praises to David Wagoner for figuring out Roethke's handwriting. His notebooks are full of poems, half poems half thoughts, and aphorisms. It's shows a poet thinking and creating. I LOVE this book.
⭕️The Circle is always open. Send your best poem. I'm looking for work that reminds the reader not everything can be measured or explained.
No fee. Four-week turnaround. Link to guidelines in bio.
