DTE overcharged, they funneled money to their non profit, Michigan Energy First, which directly or indirectly funnels payload to the candidates, office holders that will do their will.
DTE VPs run Michigan Energy First.
MEF funnels money to both Michigan Republican and Michigan Democrat Parties. This is the UniParty at its worst.
