@NespressoUK terrible customer service. Waited over 4 weeks now for an order. Told 3 different things on webchat, 1) it would be a couple of days, 2) that I’d receive a full refund and the coffee in 2-5 days and now 3) the courier has supposedly lost it but no compensation
@VirginAtlantic I’m still waiting for a response on a complaint. Raised on 7th June. You replied that day to day you’d get back within 7 days. No further replies. How do I follow this up?
