@iglucruise Do not book anything with this company they are holding onto customers hard earned cash for bookings that were cancelled in May. Elderly relatives now facing hardship as their money not being refunded
@iglucruise It has now been 3 days since I requested a call to my Aunt. 2 pensioners now in financial hardship and their cash not being returned. Not good enough Igloo. I have asked for a refund and call back tomorrow. Don't even know if anybody monitoring your twitter feed

@Homebase_uk If everyone complains to the business complaints department..online. the government will have to get involved. Also report to Trading Standards. They can't be allowed to get away with this daylight robbery.

@Homebase_uk Shame that when you cant deliver orders from 4-6 weeks ago. No response to emails, automated lies and no deliveries. I have reported to trading standards and now today to the business complaints department. They are trading illegally by not delivering goods, ignoring emails
I have also reported to trading standards and the C&M link below. They don't care and are now offering credit vouchers for goods that have not been delivered. They are also still taking online orders. All of this is trading unethically and illegally. It's amazing they don't care

I have reported them to trading standards and competition and marketing (gov site)..they are monitoring all complaints against companies like this...the more everyone does the same the better
@ethanhunt1961 @Homebase_uk I have had the same e-mail. The company are an absolute disgrace. Ive reported them to Trading Standards who have logged. They also want to follow up.
@RivieraTravelUK My mother was due to travel in May and has been advised that she will get her cash refund by March 2021!!! This is totally unacceptable as she is 79 and really needs her money, not your money Riviera Travel, now. You are in breach of contract, complaint made to Trading Standards

Majority have been waiting 4 to 6 weeks
I have just reported to trading standards. They should close their site if they cannot fulfil orders as they continue to take new orders with no way of delivering . I have been waiting 2 weeks and no response for 4071545949 . Please report to trading standards everyone.
