I stopped opening my mail because I had way too many unread emails and spam piling up. I didn't want to sort everything manually, so I made something to help me deal with it.
It sorts out what actually matters, gets rid of the junk, and drafts replies. still working on it!
Now we're flying inside the reconstruction.
Seamlessly transitioning between the drone's POV and its spatial world.
With ASTRM Core at the center of it all. @astrm_labs
AFC_01 takes flight 🛸
First test - multiple peripherals and flight modes tested; all stable.
What's flying it is ours end to end: the AFC_01 flight controller, the on-board LoRa receiver, and ASTRM's own transmitter - OmniTX. No off-the-shelf radio anywhere in the loop.
And the thing in our hand isn't an imported radio. It's a phone! OmniTX turns it into a long-range LoRa ground station - full control of the bird, from an app.
From the flight controller to the link, @astrm_labs has silently but swiftly built the entire sovereign stack in-house.
I used to think UI design was about making things look good (and it is) but that's not the end of it.
its understanding how a system works, mapping workflows, organizing tools, and reducing clutter.
At some point, it becomes less about looks and more about delivery.
Making changes to an existing system is terrifying.
You spend hours figuring out why something exists, what it does, scared of breaking a workflow or orphaning a feature.
Then suddenly, it clicks.
