🚨 Karmelo Anthony's family hired a BABY-SHAKING woman abuser who needed anger management, to represent their family. Not shocking at all.

Dominique Alexander, the Dallas activist and founder of Next Generation Action Network who has served as spokesperson for Karmelo Anthony’s family, has a documented criminal history spanning multiple felony and misdemeanor cases, primarily from the late 2000s through the early 2020s.

Key incidents include:

▪️2009 arrest and 2011 conviction for Injury to a Child (felony): Alexander was arrested for causing serious bodily injury (head trauma) to his then-girlfriend’s two-year-old son while babysitting; he admitted to shaking the child. He pleaded guilty, received probation (initially deferred adjudication, around 7–10 years), but repeatedly violated it.

▪️2016 probation revocation: Sentenced to two (or up to five) years in prison for violations including unpaid fines, incomplete community service/anger management, and travel infractions; he served only about eight days as time served/credit was applied.

▪️2017–2021 felony theft case (Denton County): Indicted for theft of property ($2,500–$30,000) from a 2016 business dispute, enhanced by a prior forgery conviction. He pleaded guilty in 2021 and served two days in jail.

▪️2019 family violence charges: Arrested and indicted on a third-degree felony for continuous family violence/aggravated assault (pushing, choking, head-butting his longtime girlfriend, causing injuries like a broken toe) plus a misdemeanor. The felony charge was later dismissed at the victim’s request.

▪️He has also faced earlier arrests for offenses such as unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, making a false report, and evading arrest.
