@volklub @DealsDhamaka Sir, while all concerns are genuine, disagree on one point. Till now we are not using imported ethanol in blending programme. For now indian distilleries are scaling up for the demand.

Byrnihat is amongst the most polluted, but saying it is cz of only ethanol is sensationalism, nt reality
Its been industrial town since 90s, 80+ factories nd most being cement and coke plants.

There are idiots on the road always ready to do harakiri, You have to be continuously aware of things around you to save yourself and those idiots.
Thats why was expecting scorpio to avoid it

This is not to share the blame, tiago is 100% wrong. Its just Lives could have been saved.

@mukeshmahato977 @amitkilhor Yes sir, but given that it was broad day light, very few cars and clear line of sight, easily see uoto 500 meters, but scorpio did not show any sign of slowing down or attempting to change its line till last few meters.
Tell tale sign of distraction.

but in broad daylight missing a white car, continuously closing distance and yet no attempt to slow down or move away till the last few meters tells it was distracted few seconds on scorpio part

Most of the times it is because of some idiot trying to avoid toll, not having balance or fastag affixed somewhere it is not scanned properly.
If not for them, roll at walking speed and it is scanned or hardly wait for 5 seconds and done.

Would it be justified if scorpio hits a broken down stricken vehicle unable to move onto shoulder, because in that case too closing speed would be 100kmph
Reversing car was trigger, but scorpio was certainly distracted

Tiago was certainly not doing so.
Do you think if it was not a 10kmph reversing car, but a broken down stricken car in some emergency, scorpio would not have crashed into it? Or still would not have been it's fault

@narotam @BesuraTaansane See my last line, tiago is the trigger here. But if scorpio was attentive, fatalities and injuries could have been avoided. If he he eased off throttle earlier, enough time and gap would have been there to slide into middle lane instead of expecting last few meters maneuvering

@BesuraTaansane Taking nothing away from tiago guy, if one can not judge a stationary object or probably reversing at 10kmph from a distance on straight n clear road , plan the move, can be braking or switching lane, he should not be on Expressway or even behind the wheel.
