@airindia Bags have been received finally. Many mistakes here and AI Customer Support needs to improve a lot, esp with baggage needs to improve. But Social Media Team at @airindia was prompt and responsive - and I really appreciate that.
@airindia the worst travel experience. My wife and 3 boys traveled non stop from SFO to BOM on June 29. 3 of the checked in bags were not delivered - on a direct, non stop flight. Worse, they have Still NOT been delivered. Ridiculously bad customer service and systems. #AirIndia
@airindia Over 8 calls and 25 emails have been sent. I am sorry org is totally inefficient and no one takes responsibility. Now bags have been located it seems. God knows when they will be delivered. If you can help expedite, please let me know. What a mess.
