@RoyalMailHelp Chat service and phone lines too busy, not even able to wait in a queue, just booted off the line straight away. Email support says at least 10 days for a reply. The postage that I've paid for and can't access runs out in 5 days. Please can someone address this issue?

@RoyalMailHelp click+drop worst service I've ever used. Paid for 3 tracked packages, 2 of them international, can't get labels for intrntl packages. Directed to cps Baird Street Glasgow to print labels. Staff member at cps this morn was extremely rude, refused to help
