I then got the height in pixels of the two people in the picture from the knee up and converted it into inches. The average knee height is 30% of one's total height, so I used more ratios to find each figure's total height.

Based off of my investigation, Gov Ralph Northam is the one in blackface.

What I did was set the average can height equal to the height of the can in the picture in pixels.
