So @sokkkkaaa just spent the last two weeks in bhutan mentoring their Pelsung Innovation lab.

The biggest takeaway - right now they are operating the country in startup mode.

1. Things get approved fast.
2. Sandboxes for rapid experimenting with the regulations.
3. A culture full of happiness that promotes people to put their best efforts.
4. People put their country and environment first along with the innovation.
