Have you guys heard of the saying?
See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil

But where is and who symbolizes "hear no evil" other than Wan himself..? Cause the shutting out of destructive noise and gossip to let discernment prevail. Made it harder for him to realize how much of a evil person Nine truly was behind that fake facade he shows.

Then as we all know how Time always sees everything that's been going around him which explains to why he's always in the right place where the happenings happen but he never really discussed any of this to anyone other than Renji himself. Symbolizing that Time could be the "speak no evil" meaning he is a refusing to say harmful or deceitful things.. Could be a big factor to why he sees everything in a bigger picture, but is this all just his plans though? While as for Renji, is the person doing all the plans meaning he's the one who gathers general information, that faces everyone with a deceitful act of innocence.. could be that he's the "see no evil" meaning he refuses to look upon malevolence or bias, guarding what you take in. Which truly happened when he was confused as to why Wan allegedly pushed Nine in the pool. But even despite him giving subtle hints and jokes about what he knows, he never truly disclosed any of what he have seen and known. It's more of like people would be less convinced that he is somewhat involved in this plan..

But what truly people missed out is the saying of this Fourth Monkey, which meant "Doing No Evil" could be Third, as people tend to forget.. That Third may have that mysterious and cold vibe but he has never done anything evil, rather he wanted to do the right thing eversince which was to expose Nine but he still choose to be kind even though it pains him a lot.. and we all know he really didn't delete the video, he must've had another copy hidden..
