@RoyalMail Today I was expecting a delivery that was supposed to arrive by 6:05pm. At 5:21pm I was notified that delivery was attempted but not successful. This is false. No attempt was made at all. Why am I paying for Next Day Delivery when you idiots aren’t doing your job.

@marksandspencer Today around 3.30pm I visited Westfield Stratford, I had gone to do a returns order. Lady named Stella who was working on the Ground floor where Click and Collect is (if she even gave me her real name) the worst customer experience I ever experienced.

@thewhitecompany The delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my parcel at all. When the driver was nearby, they drove off & it notified me that the driver ‘missed me’. That in fact was NOT the case, the delivery driver drove off without any attempt to deliver my parcel.
