Just had the worst delivery experience with @amazonIN . I had a prepaid parcel to be delivered by 12 pm today, when I called them at 12 I was told to wait till 1, you will get-we assure you.
@AmazonHelp Yeah I'd anticipated a response like this and the mail says nothing more than to wait. Just that now the waiting time has shifted from 24 hours and then end of day previously to May 24. But the solution is still the same- WAIT. Something that I've already been doing for 48 hrs.
When I again reached out to their support team for help given that their new timeline of 2 pm is also gone-the call ended up with some escalation person who had the gall to say all I can do is raise a ticket and disconnected the call.
@amazonIN Looks Amazon is yet to miss yet another delivery timeline set by them. 21/24 hours they'd requested for resolution has passed-still no update. No delivery agent assigned yet, in fact, no movement since 9 pm last night. Running out of adjectives to describe the situation at hand.
24 hours after the promised delivery window, yet no reach out from the Amazon team who are apparently looking into this on priority and no update on the order. You'd expect after a delay of more than 24 hours it will be delivered on priority but Amazon continues to surprise you.
@AmazonHelp If waiting is the only solution that Amazon can provide then why is Amazon's help needed in the first place. Even without the Amazon team's help all I can do is wait. The only reason for reaching out to the Amazon team is that they can expedite the situation and help proactively
@AmazonHelp Isn't it your job to proactively check and follow up if the order has been delivered? There has been no contact initiated or any update provided from Amazon regarding the order whatsoever.
@AmazonHelp The mail doesn't provide any kind of resolution-it just says the same thing to wait 24 hours-which doesn't help at all. There's no compensation for the time waste. If I get the same delivery timelines being a Prime member then what benefit does my Prime membership give me.
@amazonIN@samirkumar No urgency shown by the team in resolving the issue or even addressing the concern with empathy. The only response Amazon has had so far is wait-in other words the attitude is it'll be there when it'll be there. Despite giving all my details, not a single reach out from Amazon.
@amazonIN It's been 5 hours since the package was shown out for delivery, been 8 hours since the promised delivery time. The delivery person assigned says he doesn't even deliver to the area and clearly refuses having the package. What utter chaos and complete waste of time and bandwidth.
@AmazonHelp Instead of parroting the same lines-could you exactly tell me what is the concern I've raised and what is the appropriate action for this concern?
@amazonIN It's been 5 hours since the promised delivery time, still no signs of the order being delivered. On reaching out to the delivery partner based on the details provided-he says he doesn't even have the order with him. What a scam @amazonIN runs!
