【Additional Notice Regarding the Solo Raid Follow-up Plan】

We have received extensive feedback from many Commanders regarding the suspension of the recent Solo Raid due to an issue with the distributed damage system.
We sincerely apologize for the repeated concerns and inconvenience this issue has caused.
After reviewing the distributed damage issue and our planned response for Solo Raid, we have reassessed the situation and would like to share the updated plan.

The issue causing distributed damage to function differently than intended is scheduled to be fixed in the next update.
As this fix will affect the damage output of Scarlet: Black Shadow and Elegg, balance adjustments will be made to slightly increase their performance accordingly.

In addition, after comprehensively reviewing the impact this issue had on Solo Raid results as well as the feedback provided by Commanders, we have reorganized our follow-up plan for this Solo Raid.
For many Commanders, Solo Raid is not simply a mode for obtaining rewards, but an important piece of content that showcases the results of the time, effort, and dedication invested in character development and gameplay.

Therefore, in order to ensure the fairness of Solo Raid and provide all Commanders with an equal opportunity to compete, we are preparing to reopen the event.
When Solo Raid reopens, existing stage progress will be preserved. However, Challenge Stage records will be reset, and Solo Raid rewards will be distributed based on records achieved after the reopening.

Please refer to the schedule below for the Solo Raid - Annihilio reopening period.

Solo Raid Reopening Period:
July 3, 2026, 12:00:00 ~ July 8, 2026, 4:59:59 (UTC+9)

The compensation announced in our previous notice will be distributed today as originally planned.

However, as the Solo Raid profile frame serves as a ranking reward that represents the achievements of participating Commanders, it will be excluded from the compensation package to preserve the fairness of this Solo Raid season.
To replace the removed frame reward, we will prepare and distribute a separate profile frame that is unrelated to rankings or competition.
The newly created profile frame will be available via Mailbox after the July 2 version update.

The following compensation will be distributed on June 23, 2026:

Gems × 6000, Collection Item Selection Box × 1, Collection Item Box II × 2, Collection Item Box × 7, Miscellaneous Box Season 5 × 60, Cube Battery Random Reward × 66, Maintenance Kit Box II × 56, Maintenance Kit Box × 16, Custom Module × 5

We would also like to once again sincerely apologize for the series of issues that have recently affected gameplay.
We fully understand the concerns and anxiety many of you may have regarding game stability, the fairness of combat content, and the future direction of the game's operation.

To provide a more stable service, we plan to share additional information later this week regarding further improvement measures and response plans being prepared by the development team.

We fully recognize that compensation and notices alone are not enough to resolve the concerns of our Commanders.

Accordingly, we will continue working to improve game stability through tangible improvements, enhance our issue response procedures, and do our utmost to maintain both a positive gameplay experience and fairness across all content.

We take this matter extremely seriously and will continue making improvements in order to regain the trust of our Commanders.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
