I have been struggling the last week or so. Haven't had any proper time to grieve the loss of my aunt, my mother figure. Been working every day except one and then spent the day shopping. I feel like I am going to be hit hard when I actually stop for a minute.

To know if I have another job. I inform him that's not his concern and state to him I need a break from it all because of the stress. Hopefully the next few weeks are stress free and I go away on holiday feeling relaxed and chilled. Then plan whatever is ahead.

Spent a month panicking that i was going to get fired for a comment in an "anonymous" survey. Finished that investigation, keep the job and zero apologies for making me wait as long as they did. Screwing my MH. Then I let my boss know I wanna cut my hours, he feels like he needs

Been struggling with my inner voices. Seems to have gotten me into trouble at work. Hopefully I can overcome this and continue working. I'm not a fan of my job but need it to survive. Thankfully I've put some feelers out incase the worst happens.
