I bought 2 tickets for Blood Saga in Singapore from the user @/aamorinfinito. We sent a total of 12,000,000 IDR to her friend's bank account. However, after the payment went through, I never received the Ticketmaster transfer, and the seller has stopped replying to my messages across multiple platforms.
Before payment, I received a personalized Ticketmaster proof video showing my name and our conversation in real time. The payment accounts I was given were also verified as valid on official Indonesian bank/e-wallet verification platforms.

Update: After I shared my experience publicly, my warning posts began getting reported. Around the same time, the seller deleted the original ticket-selling tweet but continued reposting new random content. Despite multiple attempts to contact her through different channels, I have still not received any response or the Ticketmaster transfer. I'm sharing this update so other buyers can make informed decisions and be cautious.
