@mrrobwilson @HobgoblinBeer@ShropCouncil Would you prefer it blocks the road instead? Kegs are 70kg each, Not exactly the easiest to transfer. Perhaps the infrastructure should have considered delivery needs during the planning stages.
@sophielouisecc@lowri_anne That’s because uni’s are so poorly funded they opt to income generate by charging foreign students - it isn’t rocket science. You’ll struggle a lot more to get a gp/nurse appointment with no immigration….
@on_lothianbuses is there an issue with the 31 bus route today. My P7 son waited over an hour today for the 31 after school today on St John’s Road. The app said 20 mins, then no bus then showed 40 mins. Not ideal for young people’s safety.
@jester_mouse@sainsburys A short walk is long walk when delivering a weeks worth of shopping……. Live in a flat, can’t have a car as zero parking nearby and then food delivery drivers can’t get anywhere near the door. Hardly ideal is it?
@sophielouisecc In other words, historical conservative voters have so little faith in the current political system, due to the sustained lies, that they aren’t voting at all now. Labour voters clearly feel more hope and optimism than Torie voters.
@CllrScottArthur So people get advised to go electric and then you want to class them as a suv because they are heavier, and therefore charge EV drivers more, even though they produce lower emissions? Doesn’t seem very fair if I’m honest. Some people commute to Glasgow every day!
@CllrScottArthur At the end of the day, the working day is hard enough and long enough without adding in a 2 bus commute to get to work which would take atleast 40 - 50 mins longer each way. The bus service just is t reliable enough either to rely on them to get to work in time.
@janewilson_1812 @CllrScottArthur Unfortunately this section of road is very confusing and unclear and is an accident waiting to happen. The £100,000 in fines in such a short time highlights this surely.
@janewilson_1812 @CllrScottArthur We’ve seen people get to this point in the road - panic - and then do a u turn into oncoming traffic. Or due to the one way markings below this cars have stayed in the left green lane to turn right crossing a green pedestrian crossing.
@janewilson_1812 @CllrScottArthur Road marking day bus lane which have fixed times through-out the city, which adds confusion, as this is in fact a bus gate which extended hours. You also haven’t showed the one way section below this but which is confusing people.
