@virginmedia Your 360 service is shockingly bad and so is your customer service! My box was upgraded this week, nothing but problems since. Online chat agent said he fixed it, but didn't. Phone support agent says he has to ask IT, will take 5 business days. Not good enough.
@virginmedia An agent talked me through doing a factory reset which solved the problem for a few hours but then it came back. A couple of days later the box totally crashed and wouldn't restart. I called support again on Friday and they said they would send a replacement unit in 3-5 days.
