He had to deal with a lot and he did it with kindness and competence.

@MBTA deleting my post complaining. Instead I want to thank the MBTA employees on the red line Friday night/Saturday morning! Thanks for putting in so much effort under difficult circumstances with the delayed/broken train ❤️
@MBTA I just asked when the red line train was going to be moving cause I have a sitter waiting. I was told now....PLEASE JUST BE HONEST

No updates given. I would have exited and taken an Uber. But no updates and doors didnt even stay open

At 1 point a crowded platform (at 11pm,on a,Sunday) cheered when a train pulled in only for it to be put out of service

Anyone at the Boston Boylston Taco Bell I forgot to say I ordered 2 bean crunchy tacos they're under Rita W if anybody wants. I forgot to let the staff know that just for anybody whose card didn't work or somebody who's hungry doesn't have cash

Saw my order was going to the wrong address. Tried to click to change it with in the 5 seconds. App didn't respond. In UNDER 30 SECONDS It was a donut shop

What is up with the #1 just not showing for the final 2 scheduled trips?
Even worse the website keeps updating as if it is going to come and then just disappears. No opportunity to try other options
@MBTA Hynes Convention Center. An employee actually told me not to,count on the last few busses cause they might not come.
At the very least the website should have accurate info. Saying 10 mins for 20,then info disappearing really make for a bad experience
