@srclrk96 It’s hard to say, the fishing industry is so diverse both between different fisheries and within sectors of a single fishery. These standards require clear documentation and are expensive! There are documented unethical violations in both small fisheries and industrialized ones

@LDHedin2 Yup! Employees if they are expected to perform a duty. There are AK parental exemption for minors, however the RFS simply requires no minors under the age of 16 to be working on vessels or the national child labor law equivalent
