HALFTIME: Portage Central 22, K-Central 20. A pair of Riley King 3s gives the Mustangs the slight edge at the break. Fun, entertaining game so far, and has the makings for a down to the wire finish. @PCMustangSports @KCentral_Sports

PWLAX celebrated our seniors tonight and had a nice win over Lansing Catholic 17-6. We also had the pleasure of welcoming our Portage Girls LAX team!

Our last senior is defender Lauren King. Lauren’s favorite drill is 3v2s, and her favorite PWLAX memory is the huge comeback win over Haslett last year. Lauren will be attending Hope College to study business and political science.

Congrats, Lauren!

These two were part of an elite 8th grade team last year. It’s no surprise that they are key contributors as Freshman at D1 & D2 high schools. Cant wait to get the band back together next month. One of the top 9th grade teams in the area & 2 of the best athletes around!

2022 AAU Schedule. 7 teams this year. Rosters coming soon! We have ⭐️ at every level starting with the Player of the Year, #8 Ranked PG & #23 overall in 2023 McKenna Macon hitting the circuit for the last time. She’s been the face of our program from Day 1. Last ride!

Not only was she a walking bucket this weekend, she was one of our top rebounders because of images like this! Text book. @rileyking25 is about as tough as they come. She helped the Academy’s 8th grade squad go 2-0 today! Another great event by @LBInsider. #boxout #sheisaguard
