@LacyWrites7 Why is Ada getting the blame for p30? Ada is damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t. You know what? Due to Leon’s cluelessness and his inability to stop Wesker in Re4, he’s at fault for everything actually. I mean, might as well, right?
@m0nad0girl men have this obsession with finding a male character they like, who is ostensibly a Good Guy, and then try to give him a harem that would objectively make him a bad person. men want both to be Good and to be conquerors and they put this onto their favs. eugh.
People saying they ‘wish Capcom would let Ada be evil again’ is so odd to me, because that’s not her arc?
She was morally grey in RE2, but the events of RC changed her, and she softens in RE4?
By RE6 she is legit a hero, so why would Capcom ‘let her be evil’ after that arc..?
@adasfile I got ripped to shreds in that post’s comments lmao. Every resident evil forum is just a den of “does anyone else hate Ada? Unpopular opinion but-“ etc. so tiring being a literate RE fan
@yencirilla He’s a strange one. He also thinks Jill and Chris aren’t even friends, don’t like eachother, and have no close connection, and I might recall him saying Chris and Sheva are a romantic duo? But that last half might be me misremembering. That insider knowledge, I guess 😭
@smoke_004 Well you see 🤔 Claire’s story is centered around Terrasave while Leon is focused on his guilt for saving people so it just makes sense that he has this role, Claire doesn’t even think about these islands, and they’re not important to her /j
@UmbraMae This has been one of my big issues. Carlos is made to be perfectly charming, Ashley is the perfect helper, etc. Even the main characters become more sympathetic and less flawed.
