The Minnesota Vikings and KOC have ditched JJ McCarthy for a QB who at 29 has only one winning season and no playoffs wins. If I’m JJ McCarthy I request trade, I’m sorry they failed you king 😔
Former #AZCardinals Pro Bowl QB Kyler Murray has signed a 1-year deal with the #Vikings, per me and @TomPelissero.
Minnesota moved quickly after Murray’s release from Arizona, and now will have the former No. 1 overall pick compete with JJ McCarthy to start.
I’m all for competition but JJ needs the benefit of the doubt being a former top 10 pick. Making him sit a full year would be failing him making KOC a hypocrite saying franchises often fail QBs than QBs fail franchises, tell me I’m wrong @thorku ! #Skol
Reason is the Sam Darnold effect. If Kyler somehow has even a decent season and they get 11 wins they will be forced to sign Kyler long term, they will not let him go out the door.KOC would be fired immediately if Kyler left and succeed, putting more pressure on JJ and failing him
I had a different opinion before, but now I don't understand the thought that the #Vikings signing Kyler Murray means Minnesota should be done with J.J. McCarthy
Absolutely not, let McCarthy stay
Take the pressure off him, let him actually get to practice each week without getting hurt, and since Murray's not known to be the most durable QB in the world, McCarthy should still get a couple of chances to play in 2026
If Murray ends up playing well in 2026, then you figure out what to do with McCarthy in 2027, but until then, let him take a step back for a year because it might end up being the best thing for his career
In John 2:16, during the cleansing of the Temple, Jesus commands those selling doves to remove their goods, saying, "Get these things out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a marketplace!".
Future generations will not look kindly upon this administration, and they will loathe the people that continued to support and defend the most powerful people in the country connected to pedophilia
Goldman: Despite the shameful and despicable efforts by Bondi and her department to intimidate you, how many of you are still willing to speak to the DOJ? All of them. Well, miss Bondi, it looks like you have some more witnesses.
After the interception JJ McCarthy walked up to Kevin O’Connell and said “I’m a little wounded, but I am not slain; lay me down and let me bleed a while, then I’ll rise and fight again” he went on to score 21 points in the final 10 min of the 4th
@thorku If they kept Kenny Clark I would have been more worried as a Vikings fan but giving up him and 2 firsts seems like an overpay and doesn’t make there defense that much better
@PhilMackey@jzulgad Just stats alone are ridiculous, but Judd providing context and reasoning behind the stats is a work of art! Footbally-football people don’t take the stats seriously but understand the context! Bless @jzulgad! And Mackey I wish you a quick recovery from the shoulder injury!
