@IndiGo6E Tired of hearing operational reasons. We kind of assumed it. But show courtesy, send someone at the gate and put passengers anxiety at ease. Least you can do. Or may be too shallow for you because you are not used to treating passengers this way.
@IndiGo6E your international flight 1813 is delayed by more than 2 hrs. None of your staff have the courtesy to let the travelers know why is it delayed. This is not domestic flight! At least show some courtesy towards passengers who are up since wee hours to catch the flight.
I have international passengers with me and they are outrightly saying that at least an airline will show courtesy and apologize, but may be doesn't happen in India. It's just because of lack of basic sense from you that our nation has to hear this. @MoCA_GoI
@zeptocares I lost my Diwali package for 4 days and then it was returned after opening and probably using it. I want to know what Zepto is doing with such delivery partners? Are there no security measures in place? And why it took so long to address a security incident? It's a theft!!
@ZeptoNow you guys have a serious lapse in your security while scrutinizing the identity of your delivery partners. On Monday we ordered -4ACC9PBRN51796 and the delivery person stole our Myntra parcel. Apparently he was using someone else's identity.

@PeteLau Hey.. Your one plus 8 has many many issues. Starting with unnecessary heating and shutting off. Your service centre does not know how to fix issues. Your one plus India service centres sucks to the highest level. They fix one issue to create another one. Please focus on that.

@OnePlus_IN Can you fix your existing issues with one plus 8 before launching another new high config phone? My 3 months old one plus 8 heated up and shut off. Your customer care couldn't fix it in one go. I had to go again. I wasted 2 hrs each on my 4 trips. Now phone has fingerprint issue

One plus8 is the flagship phone from you and it is the premium one as well. You can't have such customer service where you treat us like nothing. Absolutely disappointed with a brand which boasts of best in the world technology.

Because it was just a battery charging issue. Really? Just the excuse to by pass the replacement because it was obvious that something was wrong in the hardware. I was a one plus user since one plus 5 but now I know why iphone is better. It's the after sale service.
