Our recognition with the Mahatma Award affirms our pledge to sustainable practices.
My thanks to @rinikag for leading our sustainability efforts and to the @apollotyres team.
@airindia@airvistara_help Incorrect. Only 3 ground staff to help, had no clue on reissuing tickets as systems were new for them. Club class tickets changed to Economy and no seat selection given. Staff lied. No refreshments provided. We had to make own travel arrangements back at 3 am
@airvistara and @airindia merger..first day… flight to Bali cancelled just before we were ready to take off… Ground staff unable to reissue tickets due to new systems…no provision of dinner, accommodation….passengers stranded for hours….of all ticket class. pathetic service
