2/2, One said they found our bag at Heathrow and will be delivered within 48 hours which never arrived. Now we have lost the trust of whatever they say. Lesson learnt, be prepared for bags to be lost and avoid BA for now until they sort out their mess. #avoidbritishairways

@British_Airways The customer support for lost baggage is equally appalling. We spoke with about 10 staffs and they all had a new story to be told. One had special access to see how our bag was picked by someone, another found our bag at Pearson airport and wasted our 1 day (1/2)

@British_Airways, you have lost my 2 baggages on my holiday trip. Spoke with 5 different customer service agents and they all gave me 5 different stories. Horrible customer service!

@British_Airways , you have ruined my holidays by misplacing my two check in bags. It is 3 days now but still haven’t receive anything. How frustrating it is to not have your stuff in a foreign country. How are you going to compensate my loss of holiday time and money ?
