@eAndGroup I’ve been trying to get in touch with Charge&Go customer service since September 2025 regarding a refund that’s owed to me. Despite countless attempts, I’ve received zero response. At this point, I’m genuinely wondering if anyone even works there. I need assistance pls
@chargeandgo_uae I had sent an email on September 20th requesting a refund for my account balance. I provided all my details, including my bank information. However, to this day, I haven’t received a response, and no one from customer service has bothered to reply to my emails.
Du now provides services which cannot be deactivated unless there is an issue. Where do you come up with such illogical responses? Your customer service team is so pathetic that they don’t even want to know what the customer is trying to say. @dutweets
@DubaiPoliceHQ very sad to say that the service at the Customer happiness center at Al Twar traffic department has been very poor. The staff had only one word to say ‘I don’t know’ for a very basic question that I asked.
