@Dr_applesauce I think s1 does a much better job at alot of things but writing wise s2 is a great step up from s1 and actually explored the cast outside of the main character but in a much subtle way compared to s1. I still have them really close so by your logic I would be insulting myself 😭

@Dr_applesauce I mean ive said multiple times it was incorrectly worded. This was supposed to read as s2's value and impact to someone with a shred of media literacy is way higher than someone who can't understand or appreciate s2's approach, not to compare it so s1 as a whole project

@Dr_applesauce Thats just not what I said either. I said blind hate towards s2 stems from a lack of media literacy especially if they glaze the first project as they are similar in quality, with s2 having particularly stronger writing towards the cast, but sure you clearly have your mind made

@MikaRBW no I like both projects, s2's strengths are just more subtle compared to s1 and s1 felt closer to a shounen format. s1 is great as well and has many strong sides over season 2. If anyone has either season as a whole significantly over the other they should not be taken seriously.

@Dr_applesauce I have never called s1 bad and still enjoy it to this day, reading your posts you seem to dislike s2 and seem biased, mby feeling personally attacked by my statement. Both projects are great and if you enjoy characters that develop and more themes explored you will prefer s2🤷‍♂️

@Dr_applesauce If you read the discourse under that post you can see that It was worded improperly not to bash S1, but to dismiss S2 haters as media illiterate that just want the hype and gratification of s1. I still really enjoy both projects

@MaserSuspended Its better written imo and maybe slightly better overall but S1 has a better first watch. S1 has better music, settings, peaks while S2 was a much more refined and deeper take on a NC story but did lose alot of relatability and entertainment factor in the process.

@CharredLotus shes lowkey e2s1 baseline or HoS baseline at e0 but with e2 pearl and e2 sw it becomes insanely strong/braindead. It's like monorem if monorem was hard to play low cost.
