Genuinely I think they need to decide what to do with his character. Either make him more hostile or have him join some part of Sonic and Co. We've seen him be very sweet when he wasn't with Surge, and I really think of the two of them he could land a really good redemption arc

I feel like instead of referring to him as a “poser” he should be referred to as “self taught.” His skills are genuine, but I don’t think he was raised in like an actual Ninja clan. To me, he’s like a dork who loves stuff like Ninja movies but has the bite to match his bark.

@AcquaintSTHFan I personally like to think he's so hard on himself with his training and skills because he's largely self-taught with no clan to speak of. His "wannabe ninja" comment from The Casefiles really supports it. Imposter syndrome on top of being made fun of for his ninja things 😔
