यही फ़र्क़ है इस व्यवस्था का। सारी सुविधाएं, सहूलियतें और राहतें धन पशुओं के लिए हैं, ग़रीब-गुरबा के लिए नहीं।

The repeated failure of the Haryana state government, first under ML khattar and now under Saini, to tackle the issue of water logging should have led to dismissal of senior officials and rebuke of MLAs and MP in an ideal scenario. However, in India, we have no accountability, except in private sector. The government officials occupy this high income generating position in Gurgaon after paying bribe to politicians and hence they don't fear any disciplinary action. Every year same thing happens, and will continue to happen.
