@amelia_tweetz The house I bought in 2017 is 1500sqft unless you add the finished basement (another 1000sqft) on about 1/4 acre. $160k total, pymnt is about $1200/mo piti. Zillow value about $280k. Work harder and you'll succeed. Whining won't change the difficulty or help you get it.

@amelia_tweetz I bought my house in 2017 with the equity I got from my first house purchase in 2009. Rent at the time for a 1 bedroom apartment was in the $900 to $1200 range. A down payment for my house( 3bd, 2bath, 1300sqft) was $5k and the loan was $145k. FHA Loan payment PITI was $1000.

@SenWarren Companies pay Congress members to vote in their favor, Congress members then buy the stock or place an option stance based on how the vote will go and make money off that change. Americans already know this happens so there's no point in denying it.

@SenWarren For someone with an annual income of $174k yet a net worth of $7M to $12M, I think you should focus on Congress and their ability to trade stocks that they affect through policy changes Congress votes on. Insider trading is against federal law but Congress gets away with it.

He's unaffected, CA citizens loose. If he wins the suit, that money isn't dispersed to the taxpayers. So they still loose.

@LuisSteeven @mcuban If you have a CPA, it's your job to make sure they don't use insider trading to invest for you. If you're agent breaks the law, you report it, help them be prosecuted, and make the victims whole again. Its called taking responsibility. You hired them and didn't manage them.

@LuisSteeven @mcuban It's your job to know the laws of any state or country you visit. If own a firearm, you need to know the laws of each state as it applies to carry and self defense use (duty to retreat). If you own a home building company, it's your job to hire contractors that follow the law.

@mcuban "Free healthcare" has huge downfalls. Including huge wait times. People from Canada and Britain have compared their country to visits they personally experienced in America and found that the American health and hospital system FAR exceeds their own country in speed and quality.
