Still no #bt_uk broadband connection despite promises and as usual no calls to update (ALSO promised). It’s disgusting how we are being treated. Please just connect us - we have all the equipment - just flick the switch?!?!?!
@OpenreachHelp No it's an old build. Yes with BT. The owners before were with BT, unsure why there is a problem to reconnect? My dad is going to have a heart attack with the stress of it all...

@BTGroup do not care about their customers. Been without Internet for a month. Absolutely the worst customer service. None of their staff have a clue what's going on&keep passing on the buck. Never call when they say they will. Absolutely shocking company. NOT better together.
