Once again that crap customer service company @bt_uk did not ring us as promised. I’m absolutely disgusted why can’t we get @virginmedia in our area? I hate @bt_uk they just leave you hanging on and never tell you when you will get connected. It’s just not good enough @bt_uk

@bt_uk No it’s not a new build - there was BT broadband before moved in so can’t be that hard to connect. It’s now been 6 weeks. BT customer services are just giving us different excuses each time and NEVER get back to us! I’m disgusted with the service we are getting.
