The import of this notice is as below, when filling in your VAT returns.

1. You will download and use auto populated VAT form from ITax which contains the transactions for the past month (those for which VAT was declared).

2. You still have to request for the physical receipts and invoices
3. Match the two ( auto populated and the physical receipts/invoices).
4. Pick out the ones that are not on autopulated sheet to the client to go follow up with the sellers.
5. File your returns
