Aside from her satisfactory performance as DepEd Sec, like her father, VP Sara has a firm stance against illegal drugs. Unfortunately, the youth are the most vulnerable when it comes to illegal drugs. They are the usual targets of drug pushers, offering a good time to forget their problems or a solution to stay awake. They are also the targets of addicts, looking for an easy mark to steal from or to release their pent-up sexual frustration.
