Labor thinks superannuation is their 'national asset' to tax or use to pay off the trillion dollar debt.

One Nation says it is your money, and if you're struggling with the cost of living you should be able to use it as a 3% pay boost.

Employers will keep paying the full 12% on top of your wage. At least 9% will remain invested for retirement, while 3% can be paid directly by the super fund into your bank account.

A full-time worker earning about $90,500 could receive around $2,300 a year, or $44 a week, after tax.

A family earning a combined $240,000 would receive $7,200 a year before concessional tax and about $6,120 a year, or $118 a week, after tax.

One Nation is the only party talking about putting more money back in your pocket to help with your mortgage, rent or groceries.
