i get why people say “everyone says they have trauma now” but i feel like people forget that traumatic events are like extremely common and most people will face at least one at some point in their life
Not that the airplane incident wasn’t sufficiently bad enough for the lives of his children, but that obviously wasn’t a one time event it’s what accidentally became public
Uncommon advice:
If you don't know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself.
Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself.
I think a lot of men don’t find that treatment noteworthy because they’ve been loved generously by women their entire lives and think that’s normal and what they deserve. Obviously not universal but I’ve found that to be the case quite often. You’re just New Mommy.
