@ScarfedBear Thankfully it’s only a portion of the year the rest is pretty temperate and for what it’s worth, we didn’t have too many below zero days this last winter. Pack some comfy clothes for it you’ll be just fine 😉 you’ll like it!

@ScarfedBear Wisconsin is great! Lots of really cool things to do the one thing a good number of people don’t talk about is how Brutal our winters can be. Negative temps that are so pervasive that it gets under your clothing and it’s hard to get comfy.

We’re having a friend over tonight and it’s a sleepover so I needed to come up with dinner and breakfast.

I finally settled on breakfast, which will be Belgian waffles with a vanilla bean whipped cream and a homemade strawberry sauce. Have I ever made homemade Belgian waffles?
