@US_Brit@rippetoeMD@doubtingdumbass@DavidBCollum Yes, that’s what I did. I opened the extended release capsule & took out some of the “balls”. I VERY slowly increased the number I removed. Took me way over a year. I’m still having severe brain zaps several years later.
