I never thought I would have to write this post💔

A few hours ago, my Axiom wallet was hacked and over 26 SOL (~$1,900) was stolen...

The funds were suddenly transferred to another wallet, and I still don’t know how this happened. The transaction shows it was executed through the Solana System Program, and I’m currently trying to understand what went wrong and get help from @AxiomExchange
If anyone in this community has advice, knows how to trace stolen funds, or can help in any way please reach out. And if you can share this post, it might reach someone who can actually help.

This wasn’t just money for me.

This was my entire portfolio that I spent months building, the result of a full year of learning, working, saving, and trying to create a better future for myself.

🚨 BEWARE OF FOMO APP’S UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS 🚨

I just read through all of FOMO’s updated T&Cs, and some raise serious red flags:

🚩 They can suspend / terminate your account WITHOUT prior notice.

🚩 Your PRIVATE KEY is sent to you UNENCRYPTED via a third party. FOMO states that they are NOT responsible if it’s stolen “in transit to you.”

🚩The terms include mandatory arbitration, a waiver of jury trials, and a waiver of class actions. You are literally agreeing to never sue them if you get drained.

🚩 ZERO security guarantees, as stated: “WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE SECURITY OR SAFETY OF YOUR DIGITAL ASSETS OR THE SERVICES”.

🚩 They disclaim even DIRECT damages with no liability caps or minimums. The explicit goal is to owe you nothing, even for a total loss.

🚩 They do not guarantee that fees will be disclosed before your transaction.

🚩 They can change the rules whenever they want, and can secretly update the terms without your notice.
