@MarathonDevTeam Why isn't season 3 coming with a new map? The biggest thing putting me and my friends off playing more is we've experienced everything. There needs to be a new Cryo equivalent coming soon.
@VerySerious111@JessMUFCx Not strong, but thought they'd have enough to not get done by 10-man Paraguay or turned over by the Aussies with relative ease. Think we just expected them to be more competitive given the stage.
@mattavfcc@Nicklezard I'm not a Starmer fan at all, but I don't get the mentality it's better be wrong with conviction and cataclysmically damage the country than change your mind and arrive at a better outcome.
@IanWright0 No-one is talking about this, but with the rule changes and so many teams going through, we're likely to see a bunch of teams playing each other who only need draws to secure a spot in the next round. Mark my words, this will ruin some of the last group matches.
@MarathonDevTeam There is months left of the season and very little to play for. I think the biggest mistake was making Night Marsh the Sponsored Survival mode. You could have cranked the difficulty on the Night variant and made labs content to aim for later.
@KingRichard Where was this fan base a few weeks ago? A few months ago? Will they still be logging in next month? It's about consistency, not one or two days in the sun.
@giancar73012035 It's not how it does today or at the weekend... It's how it's done since The Final Shape and where it'll probably be again in a month or two. Destiny deserves celebration for what it was, but for every Forsaken there was a Lightfall. People should be honest about that.
@tomwarren Let's say they went for it, it'd be years before anything was ready. The window has passed. The only plan that would have worked was begin work at acquisition, announced it after the Witness was defeated, be teasing it for a 2027 release.
@MacticsG1 I don't think it helps this is the majority of what content creators seem to post. Whether it be "Burn, we want Destiny 3" or "I like it but it's struggling for players", no-one is actually discussing the game and why someone should or shouldn't try it.
@PaulTassi I think they had to do something. Output and Dire Marsh (Night) now are big sources of loot, sure, but once Cryo opens people would have been chunking up their Cradle so fast if it stayed as it was.
I wish you could all see Aztecross is making himself the centre of the Destiny rebellion to cash in on your outrage at Bungie one last time. You only have to look through his videos titles to see this. One last, big payday.
This probably won't get picked up, but Bungie needed to focus on the end of the grind, not the start. Players needed different ways outside of Cryo to get high-tier crafting mats, sure, but the availability of gold guns should have remained something to strive for.
@IFrostBolt Yeah, it's an overcorrection an the wrong juncture. The issue was with the endgame grind to finish factions, not the start. Honestly I think they just needed to make more ways to gain endgame crafting materials outside of Cryo and things would have been golden.
