It sounds idealistic, but it’s true that the most important quality in a leader is the moral compass. Policies will occasionally falter & have to be amended by bringing in the right expertise. But a moral vacuum at the helm can cast a shadow over the entire nation.

It only shows lack of proper training by banks to their frontline staff, lack of checks and balances & lack of consistent & proper processes. Bank leaders are equally to be blamed for this situation.

This looks like a parking scam at @wbhidco_ltd parkomat at Alipore. Refused UPI payment, demanded cash, and then issued this receipt for charging Rs 100 parking fees. I didn't realise this till I came home. I had parked on the 4th floor. @wbhidco_ltd pls take action.
